We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return and refund request, please DM us on Instagram at @watchurfit with your order number and a valid Whish Money account phone number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through Whish Money within 1 to 10 business days using the valid Whish Money account phone number provided.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. A $3.00 exchange fee applies to all exchanges and must be paid at the time of the exchange.

To request an exchange, please DM us on Instagram at @watchurfit with your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged, worn, washed, altered, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
